RMA Application Instructions

Please download and complete the RMA.PDF document in full and fax with copy of Original Invoice to the RMA Department at (905) 238-6869. For inquiries on RMA status or how to complete this form, please contact our RMA department at (905) 238-6848.

RMA Shipping Instructions
|
RMA items must be returned in original packing with an outer box, a complete set of accessories, and manuals. Enclose a copy of your RMA Approval and copy of invoice in a packing slip envelope and secure it firmly to the outside of the RMA shipping box. RCC Electronics is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit due to improper customer packaging or transporter negligence.
